1-Introduction
Omnyat Center is committed to providing integrated educational, therapeutic, psychological, and social services to People of Determination and their families, in alignment with the highest standards of professional, ethical, and humanitarian governance, as well as quality and transparency.
This page outlines the legal and regulatory framework governing the relationship between the Center and all stakeholders, including employees, parents, partners, sponsors, donors, and visitors.
2-Governance Principles

3-General Terms & Conditions
I. With Parents & Beneficiaries
- Services are provided based on professional assessments and evaluations.
- Every person of determination is entitled to high-quality rehabilitation and therapeutic services tailored to their individual needs.
- Parents must actively cooperate with the Center in implementing treatment and rehabilitation plans.
- Accurate medical and developmental information about the beneficiary must be provided.
- Adherence to internal regulations and organizational guidelines is mandatory.
- Interference in therapeutic or educational services without coordination with the management is not permitted.
- The Center’s property and staff must be respected at all times.
- Agreed fees must be paid on time.
- The Center reserves the right to discontinue services in case of contract violations or breach of internal policies.
The Center may use general photos from activities for educational and promotional purposes unless a formal request is submitted to opt out.
II. With Employees
- Employees must adhere to approved HR policies, including ethics, attendance, conduct, and confidentiality.
- The Center is committed to providing a safe and supportive work environment.
- Labor laws and employee rights are strictly observed.
- A professional Code of Conduct governs employee behavior.
- Disclosure of any information related to the Center, its beneficiaries, students, or partners is strictly prohibited.
- Employees are subject to legal and administrative accountability for breaches of duty or misconduct.
III. With Partners & Sponsors
- The Center fosters strategic partnerships with various institutions and entities.
- Partners, sponsors, and donors are selected based on transparency and social responsibility criteria.
- All collaborations are formalized through agreements detailing roles, responsibilities, and mutual benefits.
- The Center’s brand must not be used in campaigns without official written permission.
- Partners and sponsors must uphold the Center’s values and may not exploit the relationship for unethical or illegal purposes.
- The Center directs sponsorship funds to the areas of greatest need as determined internally.
Strategic partners and sponsors are formally acknowledged in accordance with established protocols.
IV. With Donors
- Donations are collected only after receiving official approval and are allocated to specified programs or based on the Center’s priority needs.
- Regular reports outlining fund utilization are issued and maintained for audit purposes.
- The Center ensures transparency and integrity in all donation processes.
The Center reserves the right to allocate donations where they are most urgently needed.
V. With Visitors:
- Visitors are welcome under regulations that ensure the safety and therapeutic integrity of the environment.
- Prior approval is required to access facilities or attend sessions and events.
- Photographing students is prohibited without written permission, and distribution of such content is not allowed.
- Visitors must respect the privacy of beneficiaries and refrain from interacting with them without authorization.
- Security and health protocols must be followed, including signing in at the reception desk.
Modest attire is required when visiting or attending events at the Center.
VI. With Volunteers
- The Center welcomes volunteers who are committed to serving People of Determination within ethical and professional standards.
- Volunteers must sign an official volunteer agreement outlining responsibilities, rights, and schedules.
- Confidentiality must be strictly maintained. Sharing any personal or institutional data is prohibited without consent.
- Volunteers must follow management instructions and may not interfere with therapeutic or educational programs.
- Photography of beneficiaries or activities is not allowed unless explicitly permitted in writing.
- Volunteers may not use the Center’s name or logo in media or publications without official approval.
Outstanding volunteers are acknowledged during the Center’s annual initiatives.
4. Allocation of Sponsorships & Donations:
Funds and sponsorships may be directed toward:

- Mobile Clinic: Providing in-home or remote care for underserved individuals.
- Omnyat Store: Supporting economic empowerment by marketing beneficiaries’ handmade products.
- AI Unit: Funding innovative smart tools for education and rehabilitation.
- Therapeutic Gym: Installing equipment to support physical and motor rehabilitation.
- Scholarships: Assisting families with school fees to ensure educational continuity.
- Assessments & Consultations: Providing expert evaluations for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Therapy Sessions: Covering speech, psychological, occupational, and behavioral therapies.
- Empowering Talents: Training and promoting talents in art, cooking, gardening, etc.
- Community Awareness: Hosting workshops to spread awareness about disabilities and volunteer work.
- Educational & Recreational Activities: Enhancing social, behavioral, and cognitive development.
- Annual Events: Supporting key events like My Nationality is Humanity, Yarween, Tomorrow’s Leaders, Zayed Humanitarian Day, and Ramadan campaigns.
- Omnyat Bus: Providing safe, equipped transportation for beneficiaries.
- Yarween Book: Publishing stories of resilient mothers and People of Determination.
- Service Sustainability: Covering operational costs to ensure affordability.
Volunteer Team Support: Backing the My Nationality is Humanity volunteer team’s outreach efforts.
5. Fees & Payment Policy
- Fees are set below operational costs to ensure affordability.
- The Center works with sponsors to offset the remaining costs.
- Clients are informed of payment methods and deadlines transparently.
Refund policies are clearly outlined in case of service cancellation.
6. Complaints & Suggestions Policy
- Feedback is valued as an opportunity to improve.
- Official channels for complaints and suggestions include the website, email, suggestion boxes, and in-person visits.
- Responses are issued within a maximum of 14 working days.
All feedback is handled confidentially and professionally.
7. Data Privacy & Protection
- All personal, medical, and educational information is kept confidential.
- Strict data security measures are enforced.
- Data is not shared without written consent from the legal guardian.
