About Omniyat Center
Omniyat Center is a licensed institution holding Dubai Health Authority License No. 8292552 and Community Development Authority Permit No. 105. It is dedicated to the care and rehabilitation of People of Determination and seeks to achieve comprehensive empowerment for them and their families through integrated rehabilitation services and innovative initiatives that enhance their role in society. The center aims to provide educational and developmental services that bring a qualitative shift in the lives of beneficiaries, at carefully considered prices and exceptional quality, making it a true partner in fulfilling the dreams of children and their families.
Our Story
The idea of establishing Omniyat Center was inspired by the personal experience of Dr. Adel Al Marzouqi, the center’s General Manager, with a family member of determination. Recognizing the need for specialized centers offering comprehensive care and supporting independence, he founded Omniyat Center to help fulfill the aspirations of people of determination and their families for a dignified and independent life through affordable and high-quality services.

Based on our strategic vision at Omniyat Center, the formation of the Honorary Board of Directors has played a vital role in advancing the center’s mission and achieving its developmental and humanitarian goals. The members of the Honorary Board embody the values of social commitment and human responsibility, and they contribute their expertise and exceptional initiatives to support the center’s programs and expand its positive impact. With their presence, our steps have become more grounded and our vision more focused.
At the forefront of these distinguished figures is Dr. Adel Al Marzouqi, the General Director of Omniyat Center, a certified member of the United Nations, and the first Emirati coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF-PCC). He has received the Creative Employee Award and founded the “Thank You, Global Wish Maker” Award, along with several humanitarian and developmental initiatives that have left a regional and international impact. His leadership achievements and passion for community work are a fundamental pillar in the strength of the center and the expansion of its humanitarian mission.
